Delivery Policy

Welcome to BloomOn Floral Design Agency, your local flower delivery service in Grand Cayman. This page outlines our delivery terms, coverage, schedules, and responsibilities, as required for transparency and customer trust.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Grand Cayman.

Deliveries to other islands or internationally are not available at this time.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available every day, Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • We strive to accommodate specific delivery times when requested, but exact times cannot be guaranteed.
  • For weddings, events, or custom setups, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Subscription Deliveries

  • Subscription options are available for weekly, biweekly, or monthly deliveries.
  • You may pause or reschedule your subscription delivery by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver will leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded area, or attempt to contact the recipient or sender.
  • A redelivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery within Grand Cayman is included in all orders.
  • Certain remote areas (e.g., North Side, East End) may carry a small additional fee, clearly noted at checkout.

6. Currency Disclosure

All prices displayed on this website are in Cayman Islands Dollars (CI$).

Customers outside the Cayman Islands (e.g., United States) may see a converted amount on their payment statement depending on their bank’s exchange rate and fees.
