STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Bloomon Floral Design Agency.
By placing an order through our website or via any other sales channel, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms
All invoices from Bloomon Floral Design Agency are payable upon order, unless otherwise stated. We accept payments in KYD and USD via Visa and MasterCard.
In case of delayed payment, Bloomon reserves the right to suspend delivery and charge a late payment fee of 10% on the outstanding amount.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused, undamaged products returned in original packaging. Refund requests must be submitted via email to webshop@bloomon.ky. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds are not available for delivered fresh flowers or customized floral arrangements.
3. Delivery Policy
Orders are processed promptly, with delivery typically available within 1–2 days. Subscription deliveries are scheduled based on customer preference (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and are confirmed by email. Next-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 5:00 PM.
All deliveries are made from our Ashgo Warehouse in Grand Cayman.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Subscription services can be canceled or paused at any time by contacting customer support at +345-547-4922.

6. Domicile & Legal Jurisdiction
Bloomon is registered in the Cayman Islands, and all transactions are processed within Grand Cayman. The applicable law is that of the Cayman Islands.
